How to Control your Blood Sugar Levels?

1. Avoid junk food and eat healthily

Healthy eating is one of the keys to control diabetes. It’s because whatever you eat, it affects your blood sugar levels. Although it’s not that you cannot occasionally treat yourself to burgers and fries, but the point is to focus on eating things that your body needs. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet. Eat non-fat dairy products and lean meat (such as chicken). Limit your intake of foods that are high in sugar and fat.
