Oral Hygiene – An Indicator of The Health of yours

The parents of ours have instructed us in brushing the teeth of ours within 12 months of our growing our teeth. But, as we age we ignore the benefits of dental hygiene.

Breath (bad or good) is as much a signal of our standing. If we have bad breath, individuals hesitate to come closer to us and in extreme cases, stay away from us.

A standard healthy human being needs to have food every 3-4 hours (except after our supper). If we skip or even delay taking food during this period, acid activity in the stomach increases of ours, triggering foul breath. Whenever the skipping of meals/ food period increases, we are prone to ulcer and the breath of ours will certainly indicate this. After we get this indication, it is time we stick to the meals of ours and not bypass it.

We all understand that after we take foods which have garlic, fish or pro denton perhaps onion, our breath will continue to have traces of it. So we need to gargle a couple of times to overpower or decrease the result of such foods.

When I sense that the duration between my food / meals will be uneven, I generally chew gum which have less sugar content in it. Chewing gum reduces the acid activity as well as the food delay will be extended for no less than thirty minutes. Also the result of pungent foods specifically, onion, fish as well as garlic will not be reflective in my breath.

Set a practice to floss at least once one day. Also do not dismiss to gargle after food which is having, drinking coffee or tea or perhaps any sweets or chocolates to reduce the strain on tooth.
