Hepatitis does serious harm to your liver. You may get hepatitis A by drinking contaminated water or by eating contaminated food. Hepatitis B and C may spread through body fluids such a blood. So, avoid sharing needles, razors, and toothbrush. Wash your hands whenever you use the bathroom or before eating. Get vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B. However, there is no vaccination for Hepatitis C.

6. Avoid any kind of toxins

Limit your contact with toxins contained in insecticides, aerosol products, and chemicals. Whenever you are using aerosols, make sure that the room is properly ventilated. Always wear a mask while doing so. Toxins released by these chemicals may injure your liver cells.
